A current provider of the largest selection of new and used diesel trucks, wreck repair centers, services and parts has recently partnered with Novotus for a pilot Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) program. This company needed assistance in hiring several diesel technicians within a 90-day period.
In a recent case study, Novotus shows how quickly a pilot RPO program can be implemented and be successful.
For this particular company, they did not have a standard Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that was used throughout their company. Job posting and advertising was able to begin immediately through Novotus’ internal ATS.
Novotus recruiters began using aggressive sourcing for passive candidates that includes cold calling, contacting technical schools, and interacting with user groups on social media.
Novotus was able to exceed the hiring goal by 30 percent while achieving the time-to-fill target. Within the short time frame that Novotus has partnered with this company attrition has been reduced resulting in an estimated annual savings of more than $600,000.
