One of the fastest growing identity vendors in the world formed a strategic partnership with Novotus to assist in a recruiting solution. In the highly competitive technology market, Novotus was able to build up a solid recruiting structure to fulfill hiring needs.
The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project solution was utilized as a starting point to deliver highly skilled technical talent. One of the first steps included implementation of a global Applicant Tracking System that could support the company’s international presence.
The Novotus process, developed through 13 years of experience, is to aggressively approach the unique challenges that our high tech partners have through a unified team process of understanding the challenges first, and solving them through targeted research and advertising that brings in the right hard to find technical talent. This was particularly effective with international job postings specific to roles in France.
Due to the success of advertising strategies, Novotus recruiters were able to create a pre-qualified pipeline of candidates to fill positions even quicker. This pipeline consists of candidates that have already been screened to determine that they are interested, qualified and available.
As the organization has matured, Novotus has been able to recruit and fill some new key roles, including Vice Presidents, Sales Operations and identified a Technical Director. Also, Novotus has built out their Marketing team including hiring a Product Marketing Manager, a Senior Product Marketing Manager and a Field Marketing Manager.
The relationship has now grown into Novotus providing sourcing services and full-scale RPO services for this company. Novotus now handles all requisitions from approval through offer, acceptance and new hire onboarding. Throughout the partnership the workflows and processes have evolved and been improved upon to ensure that the next hire is the best hire.
