Novotus Partners with shcBOND — Improving Employee Engagement Starts With New Employee Attachment

April 1, 2016 – Austin, TX – Novotus, a leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company, today announced a talent acquisition partnership with shcBOND, the home of the Employee Attachment Inventory (EAI) tool, to bring employee attachment and engagement tools to the recruiting industry in the United States. shcBOND is owned by an Australian-based company who provides organizations with a measurement and reporting technology platform which helps them to understand and manage the perceptions and behaviors of the people in their corporation.

Based on the success of Novotus’ RPO solutions and shcBOND’s EAI tool, this partnership is designed to carry organizations from the beginning of the recruitment process through the critical employee attachment period, and on to high levels of engagement and retention.

“As one of the first accredited practitioners in the United States for shcBOND, we are thrilled to bring shcBOND’s services to the states,” explains Cory Kruse, President at Novotus. “We believe in the product because we are a customer and have seen its impact firsthand. We are excited to provide our customers a simple, cost effective way to help drive better attachment, retention and performance with their new hires.”

“We are thrilled to have formed this partnership with Novotus. To be working with one of the leading RPO Solutions providers in the United States is a wonderful opportunity for us. Novotus’ team analyzes, customizes and reconstructs talent acquisition structures. By sourcing, recruiting and attaching employees, Novotus provides a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience. The EAI tool, proven on psychological research, provides managers with valuable insight into the perceptions new hires are forming which impact risk of retention, discretionary effort and performance. Additionally, managers receive consultative advice through a simple customized report to help strengthen employees’ attachment perceptions.

A huge component of talent acquisition is engaging and retaining employees. Kruse continues, “Human resource groups are asking for help in this area, and we extend our services beyond talent acquisition by providing our customers tools to attract the right employees, reduce early attrition and increase performance contribution.”
